Not because I could visit it only for one day (but what a day! This is a brave decision and full of positivity! \r\n \r\nPHOTO1560 PHOTO1561 \r\n \r\n There are also companies that people talk about saying they have big economic troubles but that come to the exposition as they used to, with big stands, full of energy and positivity. In this way they want to say they are healthy and the gossip about their difficulties aren’t’ true. \r\n \r\nPHOTO1562 PHOTO1563 \r\n And to finish there are some companies that are not there. Missing. I remarked that many companies don’t want to risk with new items, they don’t know the reaction of the market to these ones and they prefer to work with the usual sure items. For example a small shop from Luberon in France that produces Christmas stars and trees, made of old fabric and jute, with lights all around, very nice! Or a woman from Udine who creates postcards for different occasions with guardian angels. They are of great taste and can be a special gift. \r\n \r\nPHOTO1568 PHOTO1569 \r\nPHOTO1570 PHOTO1571 \r\n \r\n Blanc d’Ivoire, a French company that I’ve been following for years, once specialized about bed linen, has developed recently and shows a big complete selection of furniture, lamps, fabric, plates, chairs, etc. Its collection shines with its soft colors and it is really elegant. There is even a special corner dedicated to the country look. \r\n \r\nPHOTO1572 PHOTO1573 \r\nPHOTO1575 PHOTO1574 \r\n Flamant (people who know me has already heard this name many times because I love this company in a special way) proposes its collection of furniture that plans and realizes by itself, classical items with something new, actual colors. In other words: you can count on its elegance, its perfection in showing itself. It is always the same company with its impeccable personal line. There are two stands of this company. One is dedicated only to textile items; you can find bed linen, soft towels, bedcovers and many other things of this kind. The other one is the main stand divided into many parts according to the different setting: furnishing for the sea, for the mountain, country style and the classical style: elegant, simple and warm. Paris is always Paris and the exposition Maison & Object is a MUST to learn new trends, the colors that are cool and the mood of the moment.
