	The king of colors - Blue As usual…. to see better “click” on the photos! It's a color that has never been out. It's THE color for many people. Blue is a very elegant color and who loves it gets never enough. If you use blue in your furnishing you will appreciate it for its quietness. The deeper is the color the stronger is this sensation. The blue that seems near black is more noble. Together with wood and cement underlines light and raw contrasts without getting the main character. Also the evergreen dishes by Meissen, when mixed with attention, are very classic and modern at the same time. Cobalt blue, royal blue (it's a very dark blue and from this name “royal” we understand that it is a very serious and classic color) and sea water blue are member of the Blue Family. They can stay together very well and give us the opportunity to create a wild mix! Oriental patterns with Nordic graphic ornaments have a very exciting dialogue together. In Vincent Van Gogh's time the deep sea blue was very precious. The price of this pigment was even higher than gold! Picasso (do you remember his blue period?) also tells us in one of his poems about blue: “It is the best thing in the world. It is the color of all the colors!” My opinion: I prefer blue in furnishing, not so much in clothes. I don't love it when interpreted in very classic and expected way, for example: an house at the seaside all furnished in blue, accessories in blue. I love the mix of patterns, robin's-egg blue, sea blue. I find this context very fresh and interesting, I'm not a big fan of Tommy Hilfinger and Lexington Company's style...! It's too classic, I prefer the interpretation of the blue by Ralph Lauren. Try to play with blue in your homes! And remember!
