Get ready for your holiday!

 

As usual…. to see better “click” on the photos!


 
Holidays are coming and we are happy! Some relax with a good book we like and we would like to start, many magazines we have already bought but haven’t read yet because before holidays we have to do many things!
For example:


Try your swimsuit: what a bad surprise! I have a solution: my diet you can follow for ten days! My sister-in-law gave it to me and she is a biologist and a nutritionist. I have to tell you the truth: it isn’t easy but it works!!!
 
Let’s start:
 
Breakfast-snack to eat in the morning

½ little spoon of cinnamon (it reduces glycemia level in any food)
1 light natural yogurt + 1 spoon of Kellog’s All-bran sticks
½ measuring cup of albumin in 250 cl. of water (you can find it at the chemist’s)
1 l of natural water/infusion between 10.00 o’ clock and lunch time
1 coffee – no sugar and no sweetener
  

 

 


Lunch

½ little spoon of cinnamon
A big salad with vegetables you can choose among: celery, fennels, cucumbers, green salad, green peppers, radicchio, radishes, mushrooms, aubergines, chards, broccolis, cauliflowers, asparagus and spinaches,. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and salt (warning: vinegar contains sugar!)
30 g of carbohydrates (whole wheat/kamut, rise basmati, barley, millet, oat…)

After lunch

1 coffee – no sugar and no sweetener

Snack

1 protein bar
1 l of natural water/infusion between snack and dinner

 


 
Dinner

½ little spoon of cinnamon

Three times a week
Vegetables velvet soup (in case of constipation with pumpkin and carrots, otherwise with aubergines, chards, broccolis, celery, mushrooms, cauliflowers, asparagus, spinaches, radicchio, Savoy cabbages).
Cooked vegetables: aubergines, chards, broccolis, celery, mushrooms, cauliflowers, asparagus, spinaches, radicchio radishes.
Raw vegetables: celery, fennels, cucumbers, green salad, green peppers, radicchio, radishes.
Fresh cheese like ricotta 125 g


Twice a week
Fish with vegetables


Twice a week
Chicken/turkey with vegetables

 


 
I have immediately said that this diet isn’t easy to be followed but I can grant you its result. Don’t change anything because the diet is really good balanced as it’s written. If you change something you can damage its target.
 
This diet has been prepared by my sister-in-law exactly for me. This is good to lose some kilos before holiday but if someone has to reduce his weight in a more serious way, he should go to a nutritionist or a doctor.
To anybody who has decided to try it I wish good luck and perseverance! This effort is worth, believe me!
 
If we have already reached our perfect weight, the only thing we have to do before our holiday is to take care of our skin.

 

 


 
Cute suggestions and little secrets to prepare your skin to sun exposition
 
You don’t have to joke with sun: everybody has understood it by now. To find and to bring with you the right solar protection for your skin is a MUST. If you aren’t sure of what is the right one, ask your doctor or the dermatologist you trust.
 
You don’t have to renounce to a beautiful suntan if your skin is ready to it!

 


 
Scrub: it’s a little trick to get your skin ready. Make it some days before your first sun exposition. A scrub for all your body is very good to remove death cells from your skin. This makes it ready to get tanned in an uniform way.
 
Step by step: forget to obtain everything and immediately! If you stay in the sun for long time you will only get sunstroke and your skin will get red and can’t be exposed again. Be patient and stay in the sun little-by-little.
 
After sun: use always an after sun cream to feed your skin. The same for your hair, make a nourishing mask to keep it beautiful and healthy.
